This is the Chrono Carrier!!! It is done except I plan to update art a little bit. This is the little bit of art I contributed. This unit can teleport just about anywhere. It carries infantry (up to five) and has one limitation. If point A to point B can not be reached without going through water, then it will not go. Kind of makes sense. You don't see giant tanks driving under water do you? (Don't prove me wrong)

It reminds me of a vanilla mission in YR. I think mission 7 of the soviets. When you free the allied base, Sofia says you should combine Russian and Allied Technology to conquer Yuri.
