Hi im boby, its been nine years since i played red alert 2 yr the last time, i want to make more impressive things in it so and i remember that there was a file called "Rulesmd" (I think) and I think its made by Westwood ive been searching on it for a week but no luck, so can any one please just link me some where I can find it and thanks in advance.
