Help please, I have problem with my computer it always restart by it self freezes etc what can I do, is the problem with my hardware or something :?:

Yeah it seems like I have viruses but my current anti virus is not able to delete them and my pc is very slow can anyone tell me which anti virus should I buy? and thanks for the help.

* means don't do unless the Anti Virus doesn't work.
1. Download and install Avast Anti Virus and install it in safe mode. (You can also try AVG it works better in some cases.)
2. Scan your computer.
3. Wait for it to be done.
*4. reboot your computer.
*5. reinstall windows.
